Carson McNamara

Carson McNamara currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at NGS Super since August 2023. Prior to this, Carson held the position of National Manager Adviser Partnerships at AustralianSuper from July 2017 to April 2023, where leadership of a team focused on expanding the adviser network was key. Carson's earlier experience includes roles at National Australia Bank, such as Head of Sales Growth for Corporate Superannuation and Regional Wealth Executive, leading teams in providing superannuation solutions and financial planning services. Carson began a career in corporate relationship management at MLC and trained financial advisers at Threesixty. Currently pursuing an MBA Essentials at The London School of Economics and Political Science, education emphasizes business administration and management.
