Pierpaolo Verza

Pierpaolo Verza has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Director at Luxottica since May 2011. Verza has held various managerial roles within the company, including NPI Italia Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Project Manager, Industrial Planning Manager, and Industrial Planner. Prior experience includes an internship at Gruppo Dani Spa, where collaboration with the Purchasing Manager and Quality Manager focused on supplier relationship management and supply process design, and an internship at Italtecnica Srl, which involved working with the owner and Production Manager on international supply network design. Pierpaolo Verza holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from CUOA Business School and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
