Nita Patel

Nita Patel has over 25 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles. Nita is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Appdome, where they are responsible for all aspects of marketing and promoting their mobile application Cyber Defense Automation platform. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Marketing at Chooch, where they played a key role in rebranding the company and establishing their position in the AI computer vision market. Nita has also held positions such as Non Executive Director at Tracker, where they provided strategic marketing direction to generate sales pipeline, and Vice President of Global Demand Generation at ABBYY, where they restructured the demand generation process and implemented best practices. Nita has a strong background in developing marketing strategies, optimizing sales and marketing alignment, and driving revenue growth. Nita has also founded their own company, UNDRSTND Digital, and held leadership positions at FireEye, Kofax, Fascino Inc, and IBM (formerly FileNet), where they created successful marketing programs and drove significant revenue through channel sales.

Nita Patel has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Institute. In 2012, they obtained a Sirius Decisions Practitioner certification from SiriusDecisions. In 2013, Nita attended Columbia Business School and received a Digital Marketing Certification. The following year, in 2014, they attended the Stanford University Department of Management Science & Engineering and obtained a Stanford Executive Institute Certification in Technology Management. Additionally, Nita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering/Science from Wright State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Marketing, graduating summa cum laude from the University of La Verne. Nita also has a certificate in Computer Networking from UC Irvine.
