Oliver Chalmers

Oliver Chalmers is the Head of Design at Appear Here. Prior to joining Appear Here, Oliver spent 7 years at Sony Music Entertainment, where they were a Senior Designer. In this role, Oliver was responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of websites, social media channels, and print work for Syco, RCA, Columbia, and Epic Records.

Before Sony, Oliver was the owner of Serif Records, a house label that showcased both up-and-coming and established artists from the UK and Europe. As owner, Oliver was responsible for sleeve, poster, and web design. Serif was a digital-only label, with releases available through all major music purchasing channels. In addition to running the label, Oliver also ran monthly club nights in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, and Huddersfield.

Oliver Chalmers is a graphic designer who studied Contemporary Creative Practice at Leeds Beckett University and Darien High School.
