Julia Ito

Julia Ito has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Julia currently works as the Principal Product Manager at Appfire. In their previous role at CLAI Payments, they served as the VP of Product Management and General Manager, where they defined the product vision and strategy, managed budgets, and achieved significant milestones such as launching the PAYTESTER testing solution and establishing key partnerships. Before that, they worked at Endurance International Group as a Group Product Manager and at Micro Focus as a Senior Product Marketing Manager Lead, Global, where they contributed to the company's brand awareness and market share. Julia also has experience as a Managing Director and Product Manager at CleverIS Technologies and Lightning Tools, respectively. Julia served as the Business Development & PM Director, Latin America at Micro Focus and as the Product Manager Director, SharePoint Products and Director TS, QA, and Overseas Operations, SQL Server Products at Idera. Julia started their career at Mission Critical \ netiq as the Director of Technical Support and Quality Assurance.

Julia Ito holds an MBA degree in Business from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 1990 to 1994. Julia also has a high school diploma in Computer Data Processing from fundação bradesco, which they received from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, Julia has obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and the Certified Digital Product Manager.
