Vince Coley

Vince Coley is AppFolio’s Vice President of Services, responsible for accelerating customer time to value, delivering best-in-class service experiences, and igniting lifetime customer partnerships. Vince leads service teams across the entire end-to-end customer journey including onboarding, training and enablement, customer care, customer success and growth, and customer service strategy and operations.

Vince joined AppFolio in 2010 and has 24 years of real estate technology experience in various support, onboarding, pre-sales, and leadership roles.

Vince received his B.A. in Communications from Allegheny College.
