Jonny Davies has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2004. Jonny began their career as a Key Account Manager at Alternative Networks, and then moved to Emailvision as an Account Sales Manager in 2011. In 2012, they joined Pure360, first as a Senior Account Manager, then as an Account Director, and finally as a Customer Success Director. In 2015, they returned to Brandwatch as an Account Director, and later held the positions of Director of Customer Success UK & APAC and VP, Customer Success EMEA. In 2022, they were appointed Head Of Customer Experience at AppFollow.

Jonny Davies attended the University of Leeds from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Theatre Studies (dramaturgy) with a focus in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management. Prior to that, they attended Birkenhead Sixth Form College from 1998 to 2000, studying English Language and Literature/Letters.
