Claudiu C. currently serves as Senior Vice President and Enterprise Head of Customer Experience at Travelers, where responsibilities include leading all customer experience functions on a domestic and international scale, chairing the Travelers Experience Management Leadership Group, and advising the Travelers Pride and Allies Diversity Network. Claudiu has extensive experience in the financial services and healthcare sectors, having previously held leadership positions at Citizens Bank, where Claudiu enhanced customer strategy and experience, and at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Claudiu established the North American customer experience strategy. Claudiu's career encompasses roles at Citi, Gallup, LC Global Ventures, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and a foundation in mathematics and actuarial science as a professor assistant at the University of Michigan. Claudiu holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Mathematics degree from Northwestern University, and a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan.
