Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and educational instruction. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro and practice as a nutritionist at a private clinic, alongside teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school.
