Bao Nguyen

Bao Nguyen has been working in the scientific field since 2012, when they began as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Researcher at California State University, Northridge. In 2016, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Quality Control Scientist I, where they were responsible for performing routine QC testing, final product inspection, and ensuring accuracy of product and lab related quality control records. In 2017, they moved to Kite Pharma, where they held the roles of Manager of Analytical Operations, Senior Research Associate II, and Research Associate of Analytical Science. Currently, they are employed at Appia Bio as an Associate Scientist.

Bao Nguyen received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University, Northridge in 2012. Bao then went on to receive a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the same university in 2016.
