Welly has successfully spearheaded recruitment strategies across multiple international markets, including Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea. Previously, Welly served in various roles such as Business Development Lead & Recruiter at Terminal 1, and Team Leader at Experis US, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for sales and marketing positions in the tech sector. Welly's career began with project coordination in Taipei City Government, promoting environmental policies. Welly holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language with a minor in International Relations from National Chengchi University.
