Amit Khandelwal

Amit Khandelwal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of airvincible since June 2015, Amit leads a BPO with 1500 employees, focusing on maximizing client KPIs and customer satisfaction while working with prominent clients like Bharti Airtel, Unacademy, and Ola Cabs. Since August 2020, Amit has also held the position of COO at Applause Realty, a Prop-tech startup dedicated to delivering innovative realty services. Previously, Amit worked at Bharti Airtel Limited from June 2011 to June 2015, driving postpaid marketing initiatives and achieving significant growth in the postpaid customer base. Amit began a career in technology as a Software Quality Engineer at Adobe Systems and has experience as a management intern at Nestle. Amit holds a PGDIM from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Institute of Engineering & Technology DAVV, Indore.
