Crystal North

Crystal North has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2021. Crystal held the role of Sales Manager at Apple Retail from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at IBM as a Business Analytics Solutions Specialist and later as the Watson Analytics Team Lead. Crystal then joined the United States Air Force in 2009, where they served as a Load Planner until 2018. Crystal also worked at Micro Focus as the WW Virtual Chapter Lead for DataGals and as the Senior Manager of WW Sales & Presales Enablement for the Vertica Product Group. Crystal was the Vice President of Customer Experience at Tacit Corp in 2018. Crystal also dedicated their time to non-profit organizations, serving as a Board Member for The Youth Council and as a Women's Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador and Director of Education Programming/Partnerships for Women's Entrepreneurship Day. Crystal's most recent role is as the Director of Sales Enablement at Applause, where they oversee the testing community, SaaS platform, and service delivery team.

Crystal North obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Granite State College from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they attended Airman Leadership School, where they completed the Non-Commissioned Officer School. Crystal also completed an Associate's Degree in Transportation and Materials Moving, although the specific dates for this program are not provided. Additionally, Crystal has a certification as a Hazmat Inspector from the US Air Force Reserve, but the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
