Erin Douglas

Erin Douglas is currently the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations at Applause. Erin also serves as an Advisor at Loyal VC and an Executive Member at Pavilion. Previously, Erin held various roles at iCIMS and EASYRECRUE, where Erin led teams and drove revenue growth. With a background in language training and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Erin is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at INSEAD. Additionally, Erin has a certification as a Full Stack Developer from Le Wagon.
