Samantha R.

Samantha R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Samantha began their career in 2008 as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Samantha then worked as a Service Coordinator at Soluciones Eléctricas de Venezuela S.A. in 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an Energy Consultant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they presented approaches related to energy characterization and defined frameworks for energy performance improvement.

In 2013, Samantha joined Colintrade as a Sales Support Engineer before moving on to Baum as a Solutions Engineer. At Baum, they delivered product knowledge, managed technical projects, and provided support to their technical staff. Samantha also supervised the pre-commissioning and commissioning team.

In 2016, Samantha co-founded Chaté de origen and held the role of Co-Founder until 2019. During this time, they played a key role in the company's establishment and growth.

In 2019, Samantha joined Applause as a Business Development Representative, promoting the company's services to leading digital brands worldwide. Samantha later became a Senior Business Development Representative before transitioning into a role as a Testing Services Manager in 2021. As a Testing Services Manager, Samantha oversaw testing operations to ensure flawless digital experiences for clients. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Senior Testing Services Manager, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.

In addition to their experience at Applause, Samantha has recently taken up the position of Teacher Assistant in the Product Management Program at AllWomen, further expanding their skills and knowledge in the industry.

Samantha R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín between 2004 and 2008. Samantha pursued their Master's degree in Energy Management with a focus on Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from Universidad de La Salle from 2012 to 2013.

In 2021, Samantha R. enrolled in AllWomen for a course in Product Management.

Additionally, Samantha R. obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed "Introduction to Software Product Management" from the University of Alberta, "Testing Level 1" from QALovers, and "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from the University of Alberta in April 2020.
