Olesya Efimenko

Olesya Efimenko has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Olesya began their career as an Underwriter at DeltaLeasing in 2004, where they worked until 2006. Olesya then transitioned to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where they served as a Project Manager for the BAS-Programme, focusing on consulting projects in Sakhalin Island for SMEs. Olesya worked at EBRD from 2006 to 2009.

In 2010, Olesya joined the Women Recovery House as a Medication Administrator/Accounts Manager, where they provided financial analytical support on medication and prescription turnover, monitored OTC stock consumption, educated patients on proper medication intake rules, and reported patients' habits and needs to physicians. Olesya worked at the Women Recovery House until 2011.

Olesya then transitioned to Marks Pharmacy in 2011, where they worked as a Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of drug distribution, including receiving, preparing, checking, and dispensing medications. Olesya had experience with various software systems and technologies. Olesya worked at Marks Pharmacy until 2012.

In 2012, Olesya began working as a Freelance Software Tester at uTest and a Freelance Translator at Gengo. Olesya continued their freelance work, specializing in various roles such as a Freelance song lyrics transcriber at Moravia from 2017 onwards.

In 2015, Olesya joined Launch Consulting Group as a QA Test Engineer, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in quality assurance testing. From 2013 to 2016, they also worked at Microsoft as a QA Tester. Additionally, Olesya worked at Keywords International as an LQA Tester from 2013 to 2015.
