Zipi Weiner-Steinberg

Zipi Weiner-Steinberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Zipi most recently worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Applause starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Zipi worked at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries from 2017 to 2022 as a Business Development Manager. Their responsibilities included promoting business partnerships, examining technological solutions with potential synergies, and managing post-merger integration.

From 2015 to 2017, Zipi worked as an Independent Business Consultant, providing consulting services and sales training workshops. Zipi worked with organizations such as Hamil and MATI, and coached entrepreneurs on successful business meetings and sales strategies.

Zipi also worked at Ixia as a Strategic Sales Manager from 2012 to 2015, where they handled direct sales and customer success management for strategic enterprise accounts. Additionally, they worked at Panaya as a Business Manager EMEA from 2009 to 2011, responsible for managing and increasing sales of the company's automated upgrade solution.

Earlier in their career, Zipi held roles such as Senior Key Account Manager at SanDisk, Director of Sales, Europe at INFOGATE/ RAD-Bynet Group, European Sales & Channel Manager at Mer Group/ REGARD, and Sales & Marketing Manager at Beyond Security. In these roles, they focused on various sales and business development activities within the technology and security sectors.

Zipi Weiner-Steinberg obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center in 1999. Zipi then pursued further education and obtained a degree in Economy and Business Administration from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven between 1995 and 1998. In 2014 and 2015, Zipi attended Bar-Ilan University and completed a program on Group Moderation and Leadership Development. In 2018, they attended the Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management and studied Directors and Other Senior Corporate Officeholders. In 2019, Zipi participated in the Executive Education Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School, Harvard University. Their most recent educational endeavor is an ongoing pursuit of an M.A. in Literature at Bar-Ilan University, which they started in 2020.
