Antonio Fungairino has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience in various management roles. Antonio started their career as a Silver Service Waiter at Mossiman's Catering in London in 1991. Antonio then moved on to work as a Reservations and Revenue Manager at Inter-Continental Hotels & Resorts in Caracas from 1993 to 1995, where they improved service standards and introduced yield management. Antonio joined Four Seasons Hotel Houston in 1997 as a Front Office Assistant Manager and later became the Housekeeping Assistant Manager. In 1998, they became a Project Manager at the same hotel. Antonio then transitioned to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1997, where they continued as a Project Manager until 2000. In 2000, they took on the role of a Regional Revenue and Operations Manager at InterContinental Hotels and Resorts until 2001. Antonio then became a Regional Operations Analyst at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2000 to 2004. Antonio joined InterContinental Hotel Houston in 2002 as a Facilities Division Manager until 2004. Antonio then worked as a Vice President, Hospitality Assets at Everest Holdings from 2006 to 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Development | Asset Management at Apple Leisure Group, starting from 2010.
Antonio Fungairino holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they completed their Master of Management and Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, and Hotel Management from Cornell University between 1995 and 1997.
