Xavier Escandell -

Xavier Escandell - PMP has over 20 years of work experience in project management and technology roles. Xavier is currently working as the Director of Hospitality Technology Business Partner at Apple Leisure Group since March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Regional Manager at Agoda from January 2019 to March 2020. From 2013 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Hotelbeds, including Senior Manager of Supplier Integrations Americas and Senior Business Development Manager. Xavier also worked as a Senior Project Manager at TUI Travel PLC from 2008 to 2013, where they managed IT implementations and led strategic projects. Before that, they worked at Hotelbeds as an IT Supplier Connectivity Manager from 2004 to 2008. Xavier has also held roles as a Senior Web Developer at AT4, Senior Java Developer at Brujula, and Java Developer at IBIT. Their expertise includes supplier integration, hospitality technology, project management, and API design.

Xavier Escandell - PMP holds an MSc and BSc in Computer Science from Universitat de les Illes Balears, which they obtained between the years 1996 and 2004. Additionally, they completed their Final Project Work in Computer Science at Hochschule Merseburg in 2004. Xavier also has a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2012.
