Rick Heyne (he-him)

Rick Heyne worked at the City of Apple Valley, MN from June 2008 to present as the Liquor Operations Director. Rick also held the position of Liquor Operations Assistant Director from January 2014 to April 2019, and Store Manager of Store #3 from June 2008 to December 2013.

Prior to their time at the City of Apple Valley, MN, Rick served as the Vice President - General Manager at South Lyndale Liquors, Inc. from September 1985 to September 2007.

Rick Heyne attended St. Cloud State University from 1984 to 1985 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Rick later attended Normandale Community College, where they earned an AA degree in Business & Psychology.
