Deborah Spence-Cummings

Deborah Spence-Cummings is an experienced executive in the technology sector with a strong background in product management, operations, and sales strategy. Currently serving as Director of AI/ML Data Operations at Apple since June 2021, Deborah reports to the Senior Director. Prior to Apple, a notable tenure at HERE Technologies included roles such as Vice President of Product Portfolio Planning and Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed leading portfolio management and optimizing product investment priorities. Deborah has also held various senior leadership positions at HERE, including leading global sales operations and devising quality strategies for large organizations. Earlier in the career, Deborah was the Director of Quality Systems and Process Improvement at NAVTEQ. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT.
