Francis Ho is currently a member of the Hardware Products Legal team at Apple, where they contribute to the Products Law Group focused on hardware technologies and supply chain. Previously, they served as Principal Counsel and Sr. Manager, as well as Sr. Counsel, at Apple from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their tenure at Apple, Francis was an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in intellectual property litigation from 2006 to 2013. Francis earned a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a minor in English, from the University of California, Berkeley.
