Brittany W. has 12 years of mortgage and operations experience. Brittany began their career in 2013 as a Loan Processor 2 at Bank of America. Brittany then moved to Wells Fargo in 2015 as a Loan Processor 3. In 2016, they joined Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. as a Loan Processor 4. In 2018, they moved to Guild Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor. In 2019, they joined ApplePie Capital as a Senior Loan Operations Administrator. Currently, they are a Senior Loan Manager at Summit Funding, Inc. where they are responsible for training all new loan processors, approval specialist and closing coordinators. Brittany reviews and analyzes applications to ensure they follow and adhere to all FNMA and FHLMC guidelines, Summit Funding policies/overlays, compliance regulations, and any applicable state specific and or local regulations. Brittany is also responsible for processing a variety of programs/products Conventional, FHA and VA loans (specializes in jumbo loan products) for purchase and refinance transactions while maintaining SLAs and ensuring closing dates are met. Brittany maintains multi-state processing experience and utilizes checklists and pipeline management to organize and prepare all essential documents for the loan file from processing to closing. Brittany serves as a liaison between borrower, sales team, underwriting, escrow and closing departments.
