Sarah Dibartolo

Sarah received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2016. Her thesis work focused on the use of chemical probes to identify protein targets of bioactive small molecules and elucidate their molecular mechanisms of action. She then continued her training with a postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Genomic Regulation in Barcelona, where she gained expertise in systems biology and researched the dysregulation of RNA splicing in cancer. She joined Applied BioMath in 2021, where her experience translating concepts across disciplines is an asset to her work as a biologist.
