Deborah McMullan, MBA

Deborah McMullan, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Deborah began their career at Boeing in 1984, where they worked in various roles within the Information Services organization. During their time at Boeing, they consistently exceeded performance expectations and demonstrated resourcefulness, leadership, and a can-do attitude.

In 2011, Deborah joined West Chester University as a Technology Project Specialist and Manager. In this role, they served as the point of contact between academic and administrative units and Information Services. Deborah assessed business needs, translated them into requirements, and delivered technical solutions. Additionally, they identified third-party solution providers and conducted analysis leading to the selection, acquisition, and implementation of solutions.

In 2015, Deborah joined Applied Card Systems as a Project Manager. Here, they successfully managed projects and trained and coached project managers. Deborah established best practices, identified process improvements, and proactively oversaw the execution of a portfolio of projects.

Demonstrating their growth and expertise within the company, Deborah was promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager in 2017. In this capacity, they led strategic multi-faceted projects for Applied Bank and Carbon's Golden Malted. Deborah collaborated with stakeholders and business leadership to establish project requirements and closely worked with the Business and Technology organizations to develop and deliver solutions aligned with the strategic direction and goals of the Business.

Currently, Deborah holds the position of Manager of Project Management at Applied Card Systems. Their role involves assigning project resources, overseeing project execution, and continuing to improve processes and practices for the company.

Deborah McMullan, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Widener University. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields such as Critical Thinking, Project Management, Web Security, Business Analysis, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Strategic Planning, Leadership Mindsets, Business Process Improvement, and Agile methodologies. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being in May 2021.
