With experience working at companies such as Applied Geographics, Inc., Hexagon Geospatial, and Intergraph, David has a proven track record of empowering commercial companies and local governments to utilize location intelligence solutions. David holds a MS in Management Science from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a BA in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
