Seth Erlanger has over 18 years of experience in customer experience, quality assurance, customer relations, and broadcasting. Seth began their career in 2004 at GURU Solutions as a VP of Quality Assurance/Customer Relations and a Customer Support Specialist/Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2006, they joined Fanball.com as an LDE/Online Play-by-Play Broadcaster. In 2009, they joined Allegiant as a Ground Operations Agent. In 2022, they joined Broker Centrics as VP, Customer Experience. Throughout their career, Seth has developed a strong understanding of teamwork, trust, and how to effectively work with different groups of people.

Seth Erlanger attended WGU Nevada from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Interdisciplinary Studies (K-8). Seth also attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
