Chris Horn

Chris Horn is responsible for program execution and delivery, mobilization, customer service, and client engagement. Chris has nearly 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, with key leadership positions in both contractor and civilian markets.

Prior to joining Applied Insight, he served as Vice President, Government Solutions, for Bridges Consulting, Inc., leading multiple, enterprise-wide cybersecurity, cloud-based development, and data compliance initiatives. In previous roles, he served as an enterprise IT executive with the Department of Defense, program executive for a DoD agency, and deputy director and senior lead for analytic modernization of an all-source intelligence center.
