Mac Crans

Mac Crans is an experienced resource manager specializing in talent acquisition, currently managing the internal staffing process for three Prime MPO Contracts at Applied Insight, LLC since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mac served as a technical recruiter and business development specialist at Zavda Technologies from December 2022 until its acquisition by Applied Insight, with a focus on full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI and Poly candidates. Mac's recruiting career also includes positions as a senior recruiter at Quantum Search Partners and as a recruiter at Zavda Technologies. Mac holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University, completed in December 2021.
