Ricki Aloni

Ricki Aloni has worked at Applied Materials since 2000. Ricki started as a Business analyst in the Product Marketing division CoO, working there from 2005 to 2012. Ricki then became an HR Advisor from 2012 to 2013, before transitioning to an HRBP role from 2013 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Ricki served as a Senior HR Business partner. Currently, they are the Head of HR Applied Materials Israel, a position they have held since July 2020.

Ricki Aloni completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Human Resources at BGU from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they also attended George Brown College from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General, but did not obtain a degree.
