Peter Richardson

Peter Richardson is an experienced publishing consultant and non-executive director, currently self-employed since March 2018. Richardson serves on various committees, including the Finance & Governance Committee of the Association Of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) and the Publishing Subcommittee of the Society for Applied Microbiology. Additionally, Richardson is a member of the Journal Management Board of the International Journal of Psychoanalysis and has chaired the Medical Music Society of London since August 2012. Previous roles include Managing Director of the British Editorial Society of Bone & Joint Surgery and interim Joint Chief Executive of ALPSP. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Richardson holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics.
