R. Patrick Balisi

Patrick Balisi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Section Manager of HR Operations at Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations for the Sugar Land and Atlanta offices and managing payroll and compensation accuracy.
