Christopher Tomlinson

Christopher Tomlinson is a Senior Civil Engineer at ARA since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading construction projects at the FAA's National Airport Pavement Test Facility, developing plans, writing specifications, and reviewing submittals. In addition, Christopher serves as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University, teaching the Engineering Graphics course and creating a curriculum that enhances students' ability to interpret engineering drawings and utilize AutoCAD. Previous experience includes roles as an Engineer and Lab Manager at Advanced Infrastructure Design, developing an airport pavement management system, and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, focusing on the performance of asphalt concrete. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rowan University.
