Pamela Douglass

Pamela Douglass is an accomplished project and program management professional with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Project Lead at Xpect Solutions, Inc. and DOD Financial Manager/Program Manager at ARA, Pamela has successfully overseen and managed multiple high-value projects, including those within the Space Program Office, where project values average between $12M to $15M.
