Paul Klatzman

Paul Klatzman has extensive experience in supporting various sectors of the Department of Defense (DoD) and related agencies. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Analyst at ARA since June 2022, Paul leads innovation engagement efforts for the DoD Innovation & Modernization Office, overseeing technical briefings and prototype showcases. Previously, Paul worked at Battelle from October 2017 to May 2022 as a CBRN Program Analyst, supporting the DoD Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate's Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear & Explosives subgroup. Additional roles included Operations Researcher at Compass, Chemical and Biological Weapons Analyst at Harris Corporation, DNA Data Analyst for the FBI, and laboratory support positions for the Army Corps of Engineers. Paul holds a Master of Science in Biodefense from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Maryland.
