Paul Varnadore currently serves as a Program Manager at ARA, providing contract support for nuclear integration and risk management to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters. Previously, Paul was a Critical Facility Manager at M.C. Dean, Inc., overseeing a team of over 50 personnel in the management of a data center's critical environment. With extensive experience in the U.S. Navy, including roles as Commanding Officer of a ballistic missile submarine and Director of the Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Policy Division on the Joint Staff, Paul has demonstrated leadership in both military and operational contexts. Paul also has a notable academic background, having taught at the USAF Air War College and received multiple teaching awards. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Auburn University, a Master of Science in Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School, and completion of the National Security Executive Leadership Seminar at the Foreign Service Institute.
