Ruben Hernandez

Ruben Hernandez is a Senior Civil Engineer at ARA since June 2022, following over two decades of service in the United States Air Force. During tenure in the Air Force from June 2000 to July 2022, Ruben managed a team of 19 as the Airfield Pavement Evaluation Superintendent, conducting evaluations on Department of Defense airfields globally. Additional roles included Engineering Superintendent, Training Instructor, Project Manager, Service Project Manager, and Land Surveyor, with significant contributions to instructing over 1,500 hours annually on contingency priorities. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Park University, earned between 2016 and 2021, and an Associate of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, pursued from 2010 to present.
