Małgorzata Stanibuła

Małgorzata Stanibuła has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Małgorzata is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Applike Group since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead Talent Acquisition at Sastrify from August 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they held various roles at RTB House, including Global Head of Talent Attraction Excellence from January 2022 to August 2022, Head of Talent Acquisition Americas from June 2020 to February 2022, Talent Acquisition Coordinator Americas from August 2019 to June 2020, and Talent Acquisition Specialist Americas from October 2017 to August 2019. Their earlier experience includes working as a Headhunter at Optineo from April 2016 to October 2017, where they supported the team in recruitment processes and eventually took on end-to-end recruitment projects globally. During this time, they also handled translation responsibilities.

Małgorzata Stanibuła obtained a Bachelor's degree in English studies from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in the years 2011 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in English studies from the University of Warsaw from 2015 to 2016.
