Sophia Jahnke

Sophia Jahnke has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Sophia started their career as an Intern HR Controlling at Hubner Interface Systems in 2016. Sophia then interned as a Human Resources Intern at BMW Group from October 2016 to July 2017. Sophia joined FREE NOW as a Talent Engagement Specialist in October 2017 and held this position until February 2020. Sophia also worked as a Senior HR Manager at ABOUT YOU from August 2021 to October 2022, and as a HR Manager from February 2020 to July 2021. Most recently, they served as a Senior People Operations Manager at Leapsome from October 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are working at Applike Group as an HR Operations Lead, starting from June 2023 onwards.

Sophia Jahnke completed their Bachelor of Arts in Socialeconomics at the University of Hamburg from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they pursued further studies at Universiti Putra Malaysia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.
