Ishak Mohamed has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. IShak began their career as a Data Entry Operator at DINEMORE LTD and was responsible for updating entries of in/Out goods to/from Warehouse while taking monthly updated stock accurately to submit report for the managerial activities. In 2015, they joined Apple Holidays as a Senior Tour Executive - Team Leader, where they were responsible for Middle East and India Sales & Marketing, Operational Activities, Contracting, Negotiation. IShak also held the role of Tour Executive, where they were responsible for India Sales & Marketing, Operational Activities & Negotiations. In 2020, they joined Daraz as a Senior Customer Care Executive, where they were responsible for maintaining quality of clients calls & chats while auditing agents performance and acting as TL in absence of floor supervisors. In 2021, they joined Jetwing Travels as a Tour Executive, where they were responsible for India Sales & Marketing, Operational Activities, Contracting, Negotiation. Currently, they work at Walkers Tours as a Senior Executive, handling Maldives Outbound & Sri Lanka inbound from above countries, managing the reservations, finalizing vouchers, negotiating with hotels & service providers, and supporting to finalize post tour settlements. IShak also works at Applova Inc. as a Customer Success Specialist.

IShak Mohamed attended the International Airline Ticketing Academy from 2013 to 2013 and earned a Diploma in Airline fares / E-Ticketing, marketing, Reservations, GDS, Airport operations &Cargo in the field of Travel & Tourism. Prior to that, they attended T.B.Jayah Zahira Collage from 2000 to 2010 and earned a High School Diploma in the field of Business/Commerce, General.
