Nuria Aponte Diaz

Nuria Aponte Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. NURIA started their career as a Senior Tax- Accounting Advisor at Arrabe Asesores, S.A. in 1997, where they remained until 2004. NURIA then worked as the Head of Administration and Tax for subsidiaries at Realia Inmobiliaria from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Tax Senior Manager at Auxadi.

In 2011, Nuria joined SunPower Corporation (Grupo TOTAL) as the EU Tax Manager, responsible for tax management of the company's 14 subsidiaries in the European Union. NURIA also briefly served as the EMEA Tax Head in 2012.

NURIA'snext role was as the Global Tax Director at Deoleo S.A., a multinational group in the food and beverage industry, from 2012 to 2018. In this position, they designed and implemented Group Tax policies and ensured tax compliance and control of risks.

From 2019 to 2021, Nuria worked as a Compliance Officer at International Ethics & Compliance, with a focus on managing policies and procedures and whistleblowing channels for the Netherlands and North of Europe.

NURIA'smost recent experiences are at Applus+, where they initially held the position of Head of FSS Spain & Portugal - Energy & Industry/ Laboratories/ AUTO/ Corporate from January 2021 to December 2021. NURIA was responsible for leading a team of 44 people and defining procedures and strategies in compliance with the Group's policies. NURIA then took on the role of Head Finance Shared Service IBERIA Energy&Industry, Laboratories, Auto, Corporate from January 2022.

Nuria Aponte Diaz has a diverse education history. In 1994-1997, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid.
