Andrzej Kmita

Andrzej Kmita has extensive work experience in the field of project management and automation engineering. Andrzej has worked in various positions and roles throughout their career.

From 1997 to 2007, Andrzej worked as an Automation Engineer, specializing in PLC/SCADA programming, for VAI Polska Sp. Z o.o. During this time, they worked on projects worldwide, collaborating with international engineering teams in countries such as Belgium, Holland, Italy, Brazil, China, Taiwan, and Bulgaria.

In 2007, they joined Invensys Eurotherm Sp. z o.o. as a Senior Project Engineer, where they continued to utilize their skills in project management and automation engineering until 2008.

From 2008 to 2015, Andrzej worked at Apply Poland Sp. z o.o. as the Department Head for White Disciplines, overseeing and supervising a team of up to 30 automation, instrumentation, and electrical engineers. Andrzej primarily focused on Oil & Gas industry projects, with a special emphasis on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). Their responsibilities included control systems and field instrumentation-related engineering activities, such as control philosophy and design, detailed engineering, and documentation preparation.

In 2016, Andrzej joined PRIMETALS TECHNOLOGIES POLAND sp.z o.o. as a Project Manager, where they contributed their expertise until 2017.

Since 2017, Andrzej has been serving as the Managing Director of Apply Poland Sp. z o.o., demonstrating their leadership and management skills in leading the company.

Andrzej Kmita obtained their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Automation and Measurements, from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki. Andrzej completed their education at this institution from 1990 to 1995.
