Shakti Pratap Singh Pundir

Shakti Pratap Singh Pundir currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at ApplyBoard, having advanced through roles including Customer Experience Associate Manager and Application Decision Team Lead since joining in April 2021. Prior to this, Shakti held the position of Team Lead and Technical Support Advisor at Teleperformance from February 2018 to April 2021. Additionally, Shakti began a career as an Assistant Product Manager at Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. from December 2010 to June 2012. Shakti holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Motivational Pathway, completed in 2010.
