Jagruti Desai Shah

Jagruti Desai Shah has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jagruti started their career as a Radio Jockey at Desi 1170 AM. Jagruti then founded Javanika Entertainment and worked as the Founder. After that, they worked as a Radio Jockey at Universal Media Access - KSJO Bolly 92.3 FM. Jagruti then transitioned into the field of talent acquisition, working as a Recruiting Manager at vArmour and later as a Lead Technical Recruiter at ThoughtSpot. Jagruti continued their career in talent acquisition at Sysdig, where they held the positions of Lead Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager. Jagruti then worked as a Lead Recruiter at Coalition, Inc. and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Endor Labs. Most recently, they served as the Global Lead of Technical Recruiting at Exabeam. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition professional at AppOmni.

Jagruti Desai Shah completed their B. SC degree in Science from the University of Mumbai, graduating between the years 1981 to 1986. In addition, they obtained certifications as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in December 2013.
