Wayne Boomer

Wayne is responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of G&A, which include finance, HR, M&A, legal, IT, and day-to-day operations. In addition to being a registered CPA, Wayne’s extensive knowledge is forged by more than two decades of experience managing financial operations for various tech companies, and a track record of initiating periods of high revenue growth within all organizations he’s served. Prior to joining Apprenda, as the CFO of On2, he was an integral part of an executive team that oversaw the business becoming the first publicly-traded company ever acquired by Google and evinces over a decade worth of success at executive-level positions within the software industry.
