Eric Westphal

Eric Westphal, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Year Up United since November 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member for Apprenticeships for America since September 2023, focusing on enhancing access to registered apprenticeships. Prior to these roles, Eric spent over thirteen years at Cognizant, holding positions including AVP for Global Workforce Strategy, Analytics, & HR Operations, COO of Global Legal and Corporate Affairs Operations, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Eric's career also includes board membership at Per Scholas, operations leadership at Deloitte, and vice presidency at Westphal Inc. Eric holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and multiple executive certifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to workforce development and strategic change.
