Gil Castillo

Gil Castillo is an experienced GIS Analyst and consultant with a strong background in geographic information systems. Since February 2016, Gil has worked as an independent contractor providing services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), focusing on data interpretation and crash data accessibility to enhance road safety. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at Harris Corporation and Deputy of Research and Development at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Gil has a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by GIS certification from the University of West Florida and training in the Drupal Career Starter Program.
