JAYEETA ROYCHOUDHURY

Jayeeta Roychoudhury has worked in Human Resources since 2011. JAYEETA began their career as an HR Admin Coordinator at DFW Envirotech India Pvt. Ltd. in 2011. In 2014, they moved to ICRA Analytics Ltd as an Executive HR, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they were responsible for HR functions such as recruitment and selection, employee orientation, training and development, and salary disbursement. JAYEETA then moved to SORBEAD INDIA as a Sr. Executive HR, where they handled employee relations, resolving conflicts and grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies. In 2017, they joined Innofied - Award Winning Mobile/Web App Development Company as a Sr. Executive - HR & Admin. Most recently, they are a Manager - Human Resources at Appsbee since 2019.

JAYEETA ROYCHOUDHURY obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from Nagpur University between 2005 and 2009. JAYEETA also obtained a Science group from Thapar Jr. College between 2004 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained an Introduction to Data Analytics certification from Simplilearn in November 2021.
