Somnath Jana has worked in the technology industry since 2017. somnath began their career as a Junior Software Developer at OUM Technology Solutions (OTS). In 2019, they moved to Appsbee and held the roles of Technical Lead and Software Engineer. In 2023, they joined TOPSearch as an Owner, where they are responsible for providing content on economics, politics, science, space, sports, health, organization, business, Technology geopolitics etc.

Somnath Jana attended CMC from 2011 to 2013 and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Software Development in the field of IT. somnath then attended Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a BCA.
