Irina Poliakov

Irina Poliakov has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Irina is currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement and Corporate Travel at AppsFlyer, where they are responsible for managing and implementing strategies for procurement efficiency and cost savings. Prior to this, Irina worked at KLA as the Head of EMEA Indirect Procurement Operations and the Head of Indirect Procurement - Israel, where they oversaw procurement activities and drove process alignment and optimization. Irina also worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director and Senior Procurement Manager, leading transformation projects and managing various procurement categories. Before that, Irina gained experience in global procurement at Better Place and served in various roles at IDF, including Knowledge Management Officer and Budget Controller.

Irina Poliakov earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Systems from ONO academic college in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Braude Academic College in 2002-2006. In addition to their formal education, Irina has obtained several certifications including "AWS: Essential Optimisation for Cloud Cost Management" from FutureLearn in 2024, "Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn in 2017, "Supply and Category Management" from A.T. Kearney in 2015, and an "Advanced Project Management" certification.
